We love this kid:)

It has been a whirlwind of a week and here we are and Wyatt is a week old?! What in the world? We are having fun during the days and the nights have been not absolutely terrible. It could be better or it could be a lot worse, but what I want to know is when do babies sleep for 8 hours uninterrupted? Or really when can I?
Matt and I are those parents that say "Did you see that?!" when he moves his pinky toe or "Oh my gosh, he just yawned!" We delight in the absolute smallest things Wyatt does. He definitely has captured our hearts and will forever have them!
Christmas was a blur of running around and we sadly missed time on Saturday with my extended family due to complete and total exhaustion of the holiday(and lack of sleep). We did enjoy spending time with both our families this week. It was definitely a Christmas we will not forget.

Jenny and Matt,
What a wonderful Christmas present to us all!! Wyatt is one beautiful baby! What a great time you're going to have!!
I'd shoot for Wyatt sleeping
4 consecutive hours at first, and that's a few days/weeks off. (Remember sleep when Wyatt does and be with him when he isn't. Everything else can wait.)
Keep the pictures coming!
Love and Happiest of New Years,

How sweet!! You guys ALL look awesome! I'm impressed that you actually made it out of the house for Christmas...you are my hero :-) Seriously.

I'm praying for you guys and I hope that Wyatt's next week of life is just as wonderful and delightful and gloriously joyful!

Jenny,
Merry Christmas, Happy Birthday to you and Wyatt, and Happy New Year to your new expanded family. Wyatt is absolutely adorable and you and Matt look great and so happy! It will be awhile before you get those 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, so you should take advantage of those short sleeping periods to get some rest yourself. You will quickly realize that your priorities change as you adjust to this new addition to your life. Enjoy every moment you have with Wyatt and keep those pictures coming. They have been a wonderful Christmas gift, and thanks so much for sharing.
Love you bunches,
Becky
